    What is a Peer? In behavioral health, a Peer is usually used to refer to someone who shares the experience of living with a mental health condition.

    NAMI Peer-to-Peer is a free, 8 session educational program for adults with mental health conditions who are looking to better understand themselves and their recovery. Taught by trained leaders with lived experience, this program includes activities, discussions and informative videos.

    Virtual NAMI Peer-to-Peer Class

    STARTS Tuesday, August 4th 2026

    6:30pm-8:30pm PST

    A virtual free 8 session educational program for adults with mental health conditions who are looking to better understand themselves and their recovery. Taught by trained leaders with lived experience, this program includes activities, discussions and informative videos.

    Our virtual classes are facilitated on Zoom.
